Delivery
Shipping for the hair mineral analysis test in the UK is FREE.
ALL deliveries of the hair test for heavy metal toxicity and hair analysis tests to the UK mainland (and Republic of Ireland) are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post. There is no minimum order requirement.
International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail tracked service. Delivery charge is added at the checkout.
Goods in stock dispatched the same working day for 48 hour tracked delivery, or the next morning if ordered after 1pm.
Please note that supplements are ONLY available in the UK. International shipping is not available.
Shipping charges for supplements
If you order any supplements there is a flat rate fee no matter what the size of your order on all supplements:
- £6.00 for UK and Northern Ireland
- Sent via Royal Mail post - Larger orders may be sent by registered post or by courier at our discretion.
Refunds and returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer either a refund or exchange providing that the goods be returned to us with 30 days of purchase in their original packaging.
Please note that all supplements that are returned must be unopened and with the seals intact.
Please do make sure the parcel is wrapped securely and for your own protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
Please enclose your name, address, order transaction number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to us.
We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods.

To date, I have used this service 3 times in all. Always found it really useful. The communication is swift and clear. I had some difficulty with this particular test regarding hair sample insufficiency and Solitaire was so gracious and has offered me another follow up test FOC. I really appreciate this as I have spent such a lot of money on a myriad of testing to gain insights in my Chronic health. I would not hesitate to say, have a go and get yourself a hair test.
